  • Installation of the Grease interceptor: plumber to make all connections, finalize connections, inspections by Denver authorities and backfill, concrete replacement.
  • Fire Alarm  Installation– reprogram system to separate TI space from base building during construction; demo existing duct detectors at AHUs which are to be replaced; begin running conduit and rough ins
  • Continued mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. Ongoing coordination with Penterra base building regarding new core locations and parking spots that will need to be vacated for cores
  • Procurement of kitchen and hospitality equipment
  • Finalization of the furniture and fixtures and procurement
